Over two decades, Melissa has taught and led across K-12 settings in the United States, Indonesia, Germany, Morocco, India, and Greece — serving as a school principal, directing teaching and learning, and working within dynamic, multicultural organizations. She holds graduate degrees in Human Development, International Educational Administration, and Organizational Change and Development.

She has always been most alive in the work of building community — creating conditions where people feel they belong, can learn, and trust one another. It is what draws her to the work of leadership and organizational development — accompanying leaders as they build the kinds of cultures where people genuinely thrive.
